Mark brings over twenty-five years marketing, sales, and research experience from leading consumer-oriented companies with extensive experience in innovation, strategic planning, positioning, change leadership, customer marketing, sales, research, and implementation.
While at PepsiCo he helped build its non-carbonated beverage portfolio whose leadership survives today. As CMO of Phoenix Brands, he built the demand strategy and was a key executive in the revitalization; generating 15% sustained growth. At Market Tools, a top 15 research company, he was the key transformation executive overseeing multiple offices and 100+ executives.
He has Board level experience for a small public company, and helped grow EBITDA from 2.4% to 10.1%. Working with Unilever, he was part of the team that helped bring together three operating companies with one voice to the customer.
Mark is also a judge and committee chair for the Edison Awards, recognizing global innovation across categories.
Mark’s consulting experience includes five years at Meridian Consulting and three years as Managing Director of Litchfield Partners.
Mark received a B.A. in Management and Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, with a concentration in Marketing and graduate coursework at The Wharton School.
