Ilona has international brand management experience in the consumer packaged goods industry, specifically skin care, oral care, hair care and beverages.
Ilona has worked for over ten years in marketing, managing global brands both in the US and in the Czech Republic.
She has led strategic planning, new product development, brand positioning and advertising/promotional activities. While working in Europe, she has led regional
teams in developing a local skin care portfolio and launch plan.
Prior to consulting, Ilona managed brands at Kraft Foods US, A. Jergens US, and Unilever US and the Czech Republic.
Ilona holds a B.A. in Business & Economics and an M.B.A. in Marketing from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
