There are two crucial questions that must be addressed in due diligence: (a) Are there any unknown or unseen problems? and (b) Are strategic plans based on sound facts and marketplace realities? MCAworks is particularly good at evaluating whether growth plans have a chance to succeed based on consumer needs and trends, competitive strategies and channel dynamics.
